Cancellations made 15 or more days before your move-in date are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made 8–14 days prior, a 50% refund will be processed. 2. On your move-in day, we kindly request you to carry a national identification document for KYC purposes to ensure a smooth move-in.

How much is the deposit and is it mandatory?

The security deposit is equal to one month's service charges.
It is a one-time fixed amount that we charge in addition to the monthly service charges. 
Please note that this is refundable subject to completion of your minimum duration of stay and there is no damage to your rental or the property. If these factors are fulfilled, you will get the full deposit credited back to your bank account.
