Yukio offers professionally managed co-living accommodation and related services. Applicable monthly payments and lock-in is confirmed during the booking and before execution of Service Agreement.

How to I start my journey with Yukio?

Follow these three steps to book your space: 1. Fill out the enquiry form so we can reach out to you. 2. Book a tour of our space when you receive a call from us or book directly on our website. 3. "After selecting your accommodation, you will be required to pay the applicable Application Fee to hold the Services. The Application Fee will be adjusted against the Accommodation Charges in accordance with the Services Agreement."

What am I getting as part of my booking?

Your booking includes the accommodation and furnishings specified for your selected Unit, together with the services identified during booking. Depending on the property and package selected, additional services such as housekeeping, meals, laundry, gymnasium access and parking may be included, optional, separately chargeable or subject to availability. Utility services such as Wi-Fi, electricity and piped gas may be billed separately by the applicable service provider. Please refer to your booking details and Schedule I for the exact inclusions applicable to your stay

How much is the Security Deposit, and is it mandatory?

Housekeeping may be included depending on your selected accommodation package. Where included, routine cleaning of floors and toilets is carried out every alternate day, and bed linen is changed once a week, subject to the applicable House Rules and property schedule. Please refer to your booking details and Schedule I for the housekeeping services applicable to your stay.

What is "SAVE1MONTH" offer?

Under the SAVE1MONTH offer, eligible residents may receive a waiver of the Accommodation Charges for the 12th month after completing the applicable qualifying stay period, subject to the offer terms and conditions. Eligibility, qualifying tenure, applicable lock-in conditions, exclusions and the consequences of early termination will be communicated as part of the offer terms. (Offer terms are not mentioned anywhere- check with Ops)

Are there any additional charges that I should be aware of?

Yes. Depending on your booking and the services selected, additional amounts may include the Application Fee and charges for any optional or additional services availed. The applicable amounts and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and reflected in your Schedule I / Services Agreement.

When are my monthly Accommodation Charges due?

Accommodation Charges and Common Maintenance Charges for each month are payable in advance on or before the 4th day of that month. If payment is not made by the applicable Due Date, Late Payment Charges may apply in accordance with the Services Agreement.

The Security Deposit and monthly Accommodation Charges are payable in accordance with the payment terms set out in your Services Agreement and Schedule I. Any EMI or financing option made available through a third-party payment provider, if offered, is separate from Yukio’s contractual payment obligations and will be subject to that provider’s terms.
