The deposit is refundable subject to completion of the minimum duration of stay, serving one month's notice and clearing any outstanding dues, including any recovery due to damage to the property or appliances.

Follow these three steps to book your space:
1. Fill out the enquiry form so we can reach out to you.
2. Book a tour of our space when you receive a call from us or book directly on our website.  
3. After the site visit, you must pay a token in order to book your space. 

Cancellations made 15 or more days before your move-in date are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made 8–14 days prior, a 50% refund will be processed. No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of the move-in date or after. All refunds are subject to applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.

Yes, we can accommodate your request depending on the availability of the desired rooms. 

Upon successful booking:

1. We will provide you with a link to our app. This app is designed to help you settle into the property and provide access to various features, such as notices, helpdesk, amenities, and services.

2. On your move-in day, we kindly request you to carry a national identification document for KYC purposes to ensure a smooth move-in.

The security deposit is equal to one month's service charges.
It is a one-time fixed amount that we charge in addition to the monthly service charges. 
Please note that this is refundable subject to completion of your minimum duration of stay and there is no damage to your rental or the property. If these factors are fulfilled, you will get the full deposit credited back to your bank account. 

Charges & Pricing

Apart from the monthly service charge, the following charges are levied during the move-in process: 
1. Documentation and administrative charges for the service agreement, police verification, and preparation of the room for you.
2. Security deposit which is a one-time, refundable charge, which is equal to a month's service charges.


We offer a variety of payment options, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.

The monthly payment cycle is fixed and easy to remember. We request you to pay the service charges for a given month, on or before the 5th of the month. Rest assured, we'll start reminding you in advance.

Refer & Earn

The referral reward will be issued after the referred resident completes the booking and successfully moves into the Yukio property, subject to verification by Yukio.  Rewards may be issued within a reasonable processing period after eligibility is confirmed.

Yes.  Once a milestone reward is redeemed, the referral counts for milestone rewards resets to zero, and you can begin accumulating new successful referrals to unlock future milestone rewards.

Yes. Yukio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or change reward structures at any time.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on vendor availability, logistics, or reward processing timelines. Yukio will communicate the estimated delivery timeline once the milestone eligibility is confirmed.

No, this is a rent rebate applicable only to your 12th month of stay. It will not reduce the upfront payment during booking

A referral will be considered successful when:
a)	The referred person completes a confirmed booking at Yukio
b)	The booking is for a minimum stay of 4 months
c)	All required payments, including booking amount and security deposit, are completed
d)	The referred person moves into the Yukio property
e)	The person has not previously enquired, visited, or registered with Yukio before the referral was submitted
All referrals are subject to verification and approval by Yukio.

For every successful referral booking, the referrer will get an opportunity to participate in the Spin the Wheel program, where additional rewards can be won.  Spin the Wheel prizes are subject to availability and may vary from time to time.

If multiple individuals refer the same person, the referral reward will be credited only to the first valid referral recorded in the Yukio system.
