- First Livingspaces Private Limited (formerly known as TCG Livingspaces Private Limited) having its registered office at Bengal Intelligent Park, Building. -Delta, 2nd Floor, Block EP&GP, Sector V, Salt Lake Electronics Complex, Kolkata 700091, West Bengal, India (“FLS” or the “Company”) which operates the technology platform known as “Yukio”/ “Yukio Platform”/ “Platform”) solely in the capacity of a technology and facilitation provider.
- This Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”) explains how and why cookies (“Cookies”) may be stored on and accessed from Your device when You use or visit the Yukio Platform, including but not limited to the website (https://www.yukio.in/), mobile applications for iOS, Android, Windows operating systems, associated plug-ins, email communications sent by FLS, and/or any related software applications owned and operated by FLS.
- This Cookie Policy forms an integral part of and shall be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. 4. Information on the types of cookies used on Yukio and their purpose.
The following are the types of Cookies used on the Yukio Platform, together with relevant information about their purpose:
- Technical Cookies: These Cookies are required for the operation of the Yukio Platform and are essential to enable You to browse and use its features. These Cookies also allow the system to record Your previous actions within the same browsing session.
