The deposit is refundable subject to completion of the minimum duration of stay, serving one month's notice and clearing any outstanding dues, including any recovery due to damage to the property or appliances.

Cancellations & Refunds

Follow these three steps to book your space:
1. Fill out the enquiry form so we can reach out to you.
2. Book a tour of our space when you receive a call from us or book directly on our website.  
3. After the site visit, you must pay a token in order to book your space.

Yes, we can accommodate your request depending on the availability of the desired rooms. 

If a resident has made a booking but does not move in within 7 days from the scheduled move-in date, their reservation will be cancelled. It’s important to note that the initial booking charges paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

You can inform the Property Manager to cancel your booking. Please note that the booking charges amount is non-refundable.

Upon successful booking:

1. We will provide you with a link to our app. This app is designed to help you settle into the property and provide access to various features, such as notices, helpdesk, amenities, and services.

2. On your move-in day, we kindly request you to carry a national identification document for KYC purposes to ensure a smooth move-in.

Yes, we allow bookings for a minimum duration of 90 days.

Yes, there is a cap of 20 successful referrals. You can earn rewards for up to 20 successful referrals.

The security deposit is equal to one month's service charges.
It is a one-time fixed amount that we charge in addition to the monthly service charges. 
Please note that this is refundable subject to completion of your minimum duration of stay and there is no damage to your rental or the property. If these factors are fulfilled, you will get the full deposit credited back to your bank account. 

Charges & Pricing

Apart from the monthly service charge, the following charges are levied during the move-in process: 
1. Documentation and administrative charges for the service agreement, police verification, and preparation of the room for you.
2. Security deposit which is a one-time, refundable charge, which is equal to a month's service charges.


We offer a variety of payment options, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.

The monthly payment cycle is fixed and easy to remember. We request you to pay the service charges for a given month, on or before the 5th of the month. Rest assured, we'll start reminding you in advance.

The referral code has a 3-month validity once the referrer generates the code.

In case the amount gets debited from your account and the booking page shows that the payment has failed, the amount deducted will be credited to your account within 5 working days.

Yes, the resident can view payment history by clicking on the profile icon , followed by, My Accounts > Payments

We request you bring your Aadhaar card and 2 passport-size photographs for the KYC and police verification process.

We hold the reservation for up to 7 days after your scheduled move-in date. In case you fail to move in on time, please reach out to our team at 1800-103-4124 or support@yukio.in to reschedule the move-in date and avoid cancellations.
