If a resident has made a booking but does not move in within 7 days from the scheduled move-in date, their reservation will be cancelled. It’s important to note that the initial booking charges paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Upon successful booking:

1. We will provide you with a link to our app. This app is designed to help you settle into the property and provide access to various features, such as notices, helpdesk, amenities, and services.

2. On your move-in day, we kindly request you to carry a national identification document for KYC purposes to ensure a smooth move-in.

Yes, there is a cap of 20 successful referrals. You can earn rewards for up to 20 successful referrals.

How much is the deposit and is it mandatory?

The security deposit is equal to one month's service charges.
It is a one-time fixed amount that we charge in addition to the monthly service charges. 
Please note that this is refundable subject to completion of your minimum duration of stay and there is no damage to your rental or the property. If these factors are fulfilled, you will get the full deposit credited back to your bank account.
