The deposit is refundable subject to completion of the minimum duration of stay, serving one month's notice and clearing any outstanding dues, including any recovery due to damage to the property or appliances.

3. After the site visit, you must pay a token in order to book your space.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 15 or more days before your move-in date are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made 8–14 days prior, a 50% refund will be processed. No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of the move-in date or after. All refunds are subject to applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.

Upon successful booking:

1. We will provide you with a link to our app. This app is designed to help you settle into the property and provide access to various features, such as notices, helpdesk, amenities, and services.

2. On your move-in day, we kindly request you to carry a national identification document for KYC purposes to ensure a smooth move-in.

How much is the deposit and is it mandatory?

The security deposit is equal to one month's service charges.
It is a one-time fixed amount that we charge in addition to the monthly service charges. 
Please note that this is refundable subject to completion of your minimum duration of stay and there is no damage to your rental or the property. If these factors are fulfilled, you will get the full deposit credited back to your bank account.

Are there any additional charges that I should be aware of?

Apart from the monthly service charge, the following charges are levied during the move-in process: 
1. Documentation and administrative charges for the service agreement, police verification, and preparation of the room for you.
2. Security deposit which is a one-time, refundable charge, which is equal to a month's service charges.
